Cognition grades are in…
April 30, 2008
It would seem to be a good year for getting high marks in cognition… I think my giving out above average scores on the collaborative media development projects helped several people. I also know that the collaborative testing help. As I look at your test scores, collaboration scores, and final I can see improvement. Take this knowledge and apply it to your other classes. At the least take advantage of the online quizzes that come with most textbooks.
In addition, as I look at the large number of people that earned As… as a group each and everyone of them showed up each and every class period and participated. Having the phenomenological experience with all the tasks we did together in class really improves your ability to think about all the hypothetical constructs and to answer applied and conceptual questions about said constructs.
The grades break down like this: 6 Cs, 7 Bs, and and amazing 8 As.
If anyone is interested in doing any research in the area of cognition, especially memory or learning with technology, come and see me.
Have a good summer, prof_chuck
