This article discusses the differences between the real human mind and AI. It basically explains why AI is not able to match the human mind, and talks about the complexity of the mind. It follows along with this discussion in chapter 1. Pretty interesting to look at. You could possibly use it for a paper.

I found this website to be very informational. It gives you a time line on all cognitive psychologists beginning in the 18th century to the present. Every psychologist has some information pertaining to their contribution to cognitive psychology.
